Crisis Line and Centres
Support, resources and counselling offered for children and adolescents via phone, text, or live chat on the website. Services are offered in both English and French.
Offers support for individuals ages 16 and above in crisis who are dealing with a significant mental health, concurrent, and/or substance use issues.

Offers both mental health and crisis response services. Mental Health services include individual support via case management and peer support services to individuals aged 16 and above with mental health needs, addictions or dual diagnoses (including mental health and developmental disability-related challenges).
Crisis Response Services. The crisis number is available 24/7; text and online live chat are available from 7am until midnight. Support teams (compromised of a crisis worker and a plain-clothed York Regional Police officer) can also provide timely mobile responses to crisis situations. This service is available from 10am until 10pm, 7 days a week
